There are no Community Development District (CDD) fees associated here at VGCC, which provides for greater home values.

There are 587 properties within our gates. The VGCC Master Association is charged with maintaining the common grounds and standards of the Community, including our private roadways, entry gates, gatehouse security, landscaping, nature preserves and wildlife sanctuaries. Six of the neighborhoods within VGCC are designated as "Maintained Neighborhoods." Within these neighborhoods, amenities include exterior maintenance, common pools and a variety of events.
